Privacy Policy

Alzo (the “App”) is a strength-training app by URBISOFT LTD. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the App processes.

Data we process

• Workout data (exercises, sets, weights, reps, history, plans) — created by you and stored locally on your device.
• Health data (HealthKit) — only with your explicit consent: reading heart rate and energy during a workout, and saving completed workouts to the Health app. This data stays on your device / in your iCloud account.
• Body weight and height (HealthKit, optional) — read only when you tap the button in the plan wizard and grant permission. They pre-fill the wizard, then stay on your device for starting-weight and energy estimates. They are never sent to us.
• Settings (e.g. voice cues) — stored locally.

What we do NOT do

• We do not collect analytics or tracking identifiers.
• We do not share your data with third parties.
• We do not use health data for advertising or marketing.
• We do not operate servers that collect your data.

Purchases

Alzo Pro is sold in the App Store: a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase. Payment and billing data are handled by Apple under its own privacy policy — the App never sees your card details and creates no account with us. StoreKit verifies the purchase on the device from transactions tied to your Apple ID; we run no purchase server. The “Pro head start” period is counted locally, from your first launch and first completed workout.

iCloud sync

Sync is on by default; you can turn it off in Settings. Your workout data is then synchronized through your private iCloud (CloudKit) database tied to your Apple ID. This is governed by Apple’s iCloud privacy policy; we have no access to it.

Regardless of that switch, your private iCloud Key-Value Store holds three markers — first launch date, first completed workout date and a flag that the head-start summary was shown — so a reinstall does not restart the “Pro head start”. No workout data goes there.

Your control

All data is under your control. You can delete it by removing workout data in the App or uninstalling the App. You can revoke HealthKit access in the Health app.

Exercise data

The exercise library (names, instructions, illustrations, video) is licensed content bundled with the App — it is not your personal data and is never transmitted.
